I've tried a few weight loss fads, and I've even tried doing diets on my own. However, each time the weight either comes back or I just get sick of eating bland diet food and then cheat. One time I got up in the middle of the night and ate 4 bowls of cereals because my body was lacking carbs and I just gorged myself.
